Good to know
Do reviewers need an account?
No. They enter a name, read a short notice about how feedback is recorded, and start commenting.
Who can start a review?
People with an account. Pinfinch is invite only for now, so ask whoever runs your team’s account for an invitation.
What can I upload?
A single HTML file, or pasted HTML. Keep your images and styles inside the file or hosted online so they load for reviewers.
How long does a link last?
Ninety days from the upload. After that the link stops working and its comments are removed.
Where do I see the feedback?
In your projects. Each review has its own page showing every comment pinned on the design, with a list you can copy for your team.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Review links and the manager screens adapt to small screens, and reviewers can switch the design to a phone view.
